I have just had a MOG request a rather complex 3-D grooms cake. She wants two skyscrapers with a banner saying congratulations on your merger with the logos of the banks that the bride and groom work for on each of the towers.
She wants me to fax her a sketch. I can do the cake. I have it in my head, and know how I'll build all of the elements, but I have never done a sketch. I'm a pastry chef, for pete's sake. I can't draw anything.
Any ideas how I can get this woman what she wants ?
