Hi, I´m making 3 recipes of chocolate syrup frosting and I only had enough cocoa powder for 2 recipes, but I already had the rest of the ingredients in the mixer (to make 3) so now I´m half a cup short... what can I use to replace this? Does anybody know? Thanks sooo much!

Can I substitute BAKER'S CHOCOLATE for cocoa powder?

If your recipe calls for cocoa powder, you can easily substitute BAKER'S Chocolate. Simply use one square of BAKER'S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate for every three tablespoons cocoa and one tablespoon shortening.
FOUnd this... hope it helps

OK so did what I could... I ended up 1/2 cup short, but added some lorran oil, chocolate flavor (big mistake by the way, the taste is not the best!) So now it has a different chocolate taste but, oh well... Thanks everybody!
