Help! The edges of my gum paste flowers keep cracking-what do I do to keep this from happening?

Your gum paste is too dry. Try the crisco or try the eatable glue: gum Tragancanth (sp?) mixed with water. Both methods will work well.

Thanks so much for your advice! I used the Crisco and they came out with NO cracks. To think I've been struggling with this for a week and all I needed was Crisco.....
