Is this available? Has anyone tried Wilton´s Chocolate Roll-Out Cookie Recipe? It calls for unsweetened chocolate and Toba´s recipe for Cocoa. Is there a huge difference in flavor and texture for rolling? Thanks in advance.

Sorry I can't find the Wilton's recipe but there is a recipe on this site in the recipe section. Here's the link:

I add 3 oz. of premelted baking chocolate to my regular roll-out recipe. (Which I see is what Wilton printed on their big box of cookie cutters.) The dough doesn't need to be chilled, so just mix and start rolling. I think they taste pretty good, too!

I just finished doing them. Really easy to make and great flavor. I used the recipe you suggested. Thanks!
