I am going to try the White Almond Sour Cream cake.

What Flavor Filling would be best for this cake?

Any Ideas are greatly appreciated.

i'd add an "elegant" fruit puree...

raspberry, peach, mango or strawberry

I'm not fond of fruit preserve or jam type fillings so I put raspberry cream cheese buttercream in it.

just about any of these icing fruits are good!

They are highly consentrated purees that scream flavor and are very well suited for caking. Just mix them in your icing or cake batter.
