Hi everyone. 2 nights ago I made MMF from the recipe on CC. Last night when I rolled it out and put it on the cake, it had like little air bubble holes. I tried smoothing it out as best I could. But I couldn't make them disappear! Can anyone tell me where I went wrong? I have a 3-d cooler cake to do next weekend and was hoping to cover it in fondant!! Thanks to anyone that can help!!!

do you mean air bubbles in the fondant or air bubbles under the fondant (like between the cake and fondant?) If it is under the fondant you can try to poke a small hole with a pin and work the air out. Takes some practice to not get air bubbles under the fondant. If the air bubbles are IN the fondant I have found that happened to me when I used the KA to mix it. Now that I mix and knead it by hand the consistency is much better and no more air bubbles.
