Hey, you guys, did anyone see the Today Show on Friday, Jan. 27? They celebrated Al Roker having been at Today for 10 yrs. Well, his wife rolled out this HUGE cake in the shape of the United States that was decorated like a national weather map. WOW!!!

My question is did anyone on CC make it? Does anyone know who made it?

P.S. If (you icon_wink.gif ) made it, you should be very proud & pleased because you did a GREAT JOB!!! thumbs_up.gif

I know! I think I'm driving my entire family NUTS!!! Every cake I see, I analyze!!! I don't even know much beyond beginner's buttercream, but I'm still drawn to any decorated cake-even at the grocery stores 'cause I'm always looking for new ideas. icon_rolleyes.gif
