Hi everyone, I wanted to show you all my first cake using the faux fondant/viva paper towel method. I welcome any and all comments. By the way, the "scrolls" on the top cake were done in less than 5 minutes. My guests were arriving so I rushed. I probably should have left the cake plain but hey, I am somewhat proud of the way it looked.
