I was asked for a
1)white cake with cream filling. Which one do you think is best or have you tried one? I think she wants vanilla cream.
2) A carrott cake with apricot- pinapple filling. Ok I have NEVER made this and can I purchase a sleve or what?
Oh and Choco with raspberry but that I know I can do.
Sorry, I've never made or tasted a carrot cake with apricot-pineapple filling. I'm a chocolate fan so for me chocolate and raspberry would be my choice. Lots of luck!
When I make a pineapple filling I use pineapple preserves and a bit of well drained crushed pineapple mixed in so you might try that with a bit of apricot preserves not completely mixed in, kind of swirled-does that make any sense??
