I need to fill a large sheet cake with filling but need some advice on how to seperate the two layers without breaking the most moist cake I have ever made! I have never made one this big so once I got to that part had to stop before I messed up big time! Any advice or tips?
Thanks!

You can also take the same pan the cake was baked in, only turned upside down to slide the top layer of cake onto. Fill your cake, then gently slide that layer back on. Sprinkle the pan with a little powdered sugar and it works great!
