I just pour it on over the cake when it gets a little above room temp. It is yummy and I can be done very quickly this way.
...but whatever ya do, DO NOT BUY cheap chocolate...I have experimented with this a couple times now and both times the no-name brand of chocolate does not turn out....the texture and consistency is terrible....Nestle, Chiradelli, Dove...pick a name ya know! ![]()
