Thanks mouse! Yep, instead of using Pam spray ..you can make your own grease/flour mixture by mixing equal parts of flour, oil and shortening (Crisco). Store it in an airtight container and either put in the fridge or leave it out...doesn't matter. To use, just spread it in your pans with a pastry brush. There is no overspary mess and is a lot cheaper!
