Facial Features - Color Flow

i am planning on doing the sesame street gang in color flow - do i do the eyes in color flow or do i fill those in last on top of the color flow?

I only did color flow in course 2. I am only making an educated guess here. If you did the eyes first you have to let them dry completely before you flood in your color. Personally if the eyes are kinda big icon_eek.gif I would do them first and let them dry with the border and flood around them anyhow.
