I don't know how to make cabbage roses, but I do know what they look like. http://www.audubonart.com/00_imagedisp.asp?stockno=REDR-0084-02-17&file=images\\catalog\\REDR\\REDR_084_01.jpg&price=13,500

The buds are more ball shaped and the petals don't curve outward. They usually have a hundred very thin petals. Fully open they resemble a David Austin Engish rose. http://www.jacksonandperkins.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/BECCategoryAllView?langId=-1&storeId=10053&catalogId=10005&pageSelected=1&category=JSC2&viewAll=N

I hope these pictures help.

Ladies,
May I add a word of caution here? That is five of you who have posted your email addresses in this post. We would hope that everyone who comes to CC is honest and just a regular cake decorating member, but that is not always the case. It is safer for your privacy to pm the person with your email address rather than where the public can see it.
