I just got an order for a 9yr old B-Day cake, 11x15 sheet for his class for monday.

After speaking to his mother, he is really into Karate, and loves anything that has to do with science. I think his fav. channel is Discovery Channel.

Any suggestions?

Do a search in the gallery for Mad Scientist. There are some cute ones and in fact one of them inspired a cake I am doing for this weekend.

I just did, thanks. I think i'm going to do one along the same theme as one of the Mad Scientist cake.

Yes, 9 year old boys would love the mad scientist and add some petri dishes made with colored piping gel.

Sounds like my 10 year old - TaeKwonDo, Science, Discovery Channel, Muse Magazine...

I just did the Garfield Da Vinci cake for his class. he picked it out and loved it!

Do you think theres a way to incorporate Dry Ice? I was thinking of having it come out of a beaker like the one on this cake.
