I just went to the galleries searching for the Barbie cakes because I got a request for one yesterday and imagine my surprise when I ran across a BOOBIE cake complete with the nipples showing 
I got a chuckle out of it but I sure am glad that my 4 yr old son wasn't helping me look. There is another boobie cake mixed in there but at least it had a top on. LOL
ACK!! No kidding thank goodness your son wasn't looking! My 4 yr loves to sit and look at all the cakes with me too, but that would not have been as bad, being she is a girl=) Jen
Edited to add...ohh just thought maybe those WERE Barbies boobies, lol 
Unfortunately, cakes sometimes are posted in the incorrect album or it could have been a wording mixed in the description.
When you come across a picture like that, just report it and give the reason and one of the mods or admins will relocate it to the right spot.
