That looks great. I'm self taught as well. I doubt I'll ever take classes though I wish I could. I've learned a lot from this website since joining last summer.

ok so i had to share...i sent the photo of the cake to my mom last night...and i wanted to cry...not cuz i was hurt...but cuz for the first time ever in my life i heard her say she was proud of me...
she didn't say it when i graduated w/a B+ average (from HS...)
or when I enlisted in the military (got medical discharge from basic training but hey at least i tried...)
or when i actually got a letter saying my poem was to be published...(due out in dec 2007)...
nada...zilch...nothing...but a cake...i guess cuz for the first time...she got to see how talented her daughter is...i was so happy...

ty...i wish my mom had seen my talent earlier on in life...the all american girl didn't impress her...neither did the tomboy side...up until now i didn't feel like i could do anything right...now i know that's not right either...and i should just accept the fact that my mom can't accept me...
