The frosting ingredients look wonderful. I'm always searching for a frosting to replace the one in the Wilton Student Book. Question is: Will it crust? Thanks, Julia

This is the one my family & friends (me too!) like the best.
They also like the Crusting Cream Cheese recipe from this site too.

I have a question for those of you using a crusting icing:

Do you find that your clients prefer that over imbc, and if so...why? Taste, texture?

I ask because I only use imbc, and am wondering if I am missing out on something....why do you prefer it?
