Okay strange things have been going on around my house. I wipped up double a batch of buttercream two Thursdays ago knowing I was going to make a cake and probably cupcakes over the weekend. Needless to say no baking was done but strangly enough by Monday no buttercream was to be found in my frige. Anybody know where it went?

Other Clues: I have also found that there are a high rate of spoons scattered around my house and my pants are getting tighter.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

i have a question, though. how long can you store buttercream (does it matter which recipe? i use buttercream dream) and how?

thanks!

I believe it is something like 2 weeks in the fridge in an air tight container...but look around the site..the pros on here always have the right info
