It is a citrus-y flavor used for flavoring buttercream. I tried it once, and found it just ok. One of my Wilton instructors told us we could just do it ourselves with lemon extract and orange extract, so that's how I flavor my buttercream now. icon_smile.gif

I bought some but have never used it. To me, it a floral kind of flavor. I didn't care for it. But that's just my opinion.

Thanks. I just got mine today. It smells citrusy, I thought it would be more of a vanilla smell, because of the name.

I tried it in some buttercream, and didn't care for it. The icing is still in my fridge waiting to be used for some type of practice. I may try it in a white cake though.
