I'm looking for instructions on how to make a hydrangea. Does anyone have directions or could direct me somewhere to learn how to make these flowers?

I remember seeing a cover photo of a cake with hydrangeas on a previous issue of American Cake Decorating Magazine. Maybe you could e-mail them and they could direct you to the right person?
Also, Wildflowersbylori.com is a good site and I'm sure Lori can help you too. Good luck!

Are you speaking of making them in gumpaste, or icing/

I thought I would make them in gumpaste but icing would work too. What ever is easy.

Sweet Celebrations carries a set with cutters and silicone veiner. The instructions for making them are included in the package. You can call them and ask for a catalog, they don't sell online.
