Hi I am attempting mmf for the first time I wanted to make it tonight, use it tomorrow to make some figures snd use it to cover the cake on Saturday will it last until saturday?
If you wrap it airtight I think it should last. I just used MMF for the first time and I much prefer working with it over regular fondant. Hope everything works out for you, good luck!
