Can someone pleeease tell me what is the best way to store a cake in the freezer and how long. Thanks**Edited to remove e-mail address.**
I wrap mine in foil and then put each one in a zipper type bag. I have kept cakes in the freezer for several months with no problems!
I level my cakes and than cover with parchment paper than wrap in saran wrap, than foil!
How far in advance do you set them out to defrost before icing your cakes?
