I am taking a three day course that are all day classes in June. Who here has taken any of her classes and what can I expect? I am very new but really looking forward to this class, even with the cost! icon_eek.gificon_eek.gif

Hi I'm new to cake decorating. I am currently taking Wilton's class ll.
I was wondering......where do I find a list of Colette's classes? Are they for the more advanced student or for the beginner?

I just ordered her book- Cakes to Dream on. I can hardly wait until it arrives!

You can go to her web site. I think it's colletescakes.com and she lists them out along with the cost, etc.

Here is the link crolfes: http://www.colettescakes.com/classes_cc.html

I emailed where I will be going and she said it fills up fast so I am sending my check in before registration. She all I need is a pencil, sketchpad, apron and some towels. It says it's for beginning level. All supplies will be there. I am excited! It just requires some cake decorating knowledge prior--I hope I qualify there! icon_razz.gif

Thanks! I found the schedule.

I think March is out for me. I saw a class in Orlando, Fl for September 2006. That's a long way away, but something to dream about icon_smile.gif

I can't wait to hear about your experience!
