im not sure if im going to explain this right, but cant you set up the site you did have to reroute to another site/ i use to be a .com but had to get a new provider and the old provider is rerouting to the new .net addy.
talk to the provider you had and see what they suggest.

good luck.

I like 3browngirlscakecompany.com because it's so personal to you.

I also like cupcakeheiress without the company at the end as someone else suggested.

if I am looking correctly.. brownsugarcakes.com is also taken.

good luck!! I have been trying to pick a name myself to fill out some state forms and I just can't seem to be abkle to "commit" to anything and like you want a .com and so many of our ideas are taken.

i ithink the original poster meant someone ELSE already registered "icingonthecupcake.com" (which looks like a neat site, though)

One thing to keep in mind, after a URL expires, if you call GoDaddy they should be able to repick it up with int he first 30 days, after that it is unavailable for purchase for 90 days and than you can get it back again! So if you just want your old URL back, try that first.

I like brownsugarcakes.com because you are looking for something that is easy to remember, like if you get a magnetic sign on your car you want something that people can remember in their head when they get home. The original one and some of the other ones can get too jumbled in peoples heads before they can get to the computer to find the site.
