CajunDaisy...(sorry I haven't posted in a while), but yes, I've tried some and I have to say that my favorite is the Birthday Cake flavor...I use it most times instead of the vanilla. I also love the caramel, and the chocolate flavor...I've used quite a bit but the carame, chocolate and birthday cake flavors are my favorites.

OK, what is creme bouquet? Sorry, I am not familiar with it but now you have me wondering!
I love Creme Bouquet. I use it with my Brite White Icing Base. It's another flavor that I get from my cake supply shop. It has a really light taste (almost lemon, but really light). I can't remember. I found this description: "An interesting blend of lemon, vanilla and other complementary flavor notes." You can do a Google search for it and find it a lot of places.
I just ordered some Creme Bouquet for the first time because I have heard SO much about it here. It is supposed to arrive today, along with my 50 pound barrel of hi-ratio shortening! Hehehehe!! I can't wait because I have a couple cakes to do today and last night I used my last HR Shortening on a cookie cake! Eek!! No, not Crisco, please! I'm an HR addict now! Anyway, hoping I'll love the creme bouquet
