I did a search and it said the Tinkerbell lives in Neverland. Here is some fairy info though:
Location of these elementary beings has varied throughout time and cultures. For the Irish, sometimes it was found in the horizon; other under their own feet; on other occasions, on hills, or in a magical island in the high seas or under the ocean.
Other cultures state that the world of fairies may be found in nature, a plant, a tree, the earth, a lake, the breeze, the sun, the perfum of flowers and all that is natural around us.

My grandaughter thinks she live at Disneyworld. She is a huge Tink fan and her castle was a Disney Princess Castle with Tink on the very top. You could do a version of the Disney castle.

Tinkerbell doesn't have a castle, so I guess you're pretty free to use your imagination. The lost boys have a "junglish" hide out and she stayed with them. I would just do a white princess type castle, but I would change the scale on things. I would make the castle smaller since it's for Tink and the flowers larger than normal so that it gives the impression of being for a fairy.

I think she might be thinking of how tinkerbell flies past/around the castle at the beginning of all the disney movies. You could probably do that castle. I don't know if it is Sleeping Beauty (CA) castle or the Cinderella (FL) castle.

Tinkerbelle lives in the DisneyWorld castle. I did a tinkerbelle castle if you want to look in my gallery. It's not the real castle, but it worked.
Good luck

Thanks everyone for your ideas, I like your castle keonicakes! I think I will do something pretty similar to that with the bigger flowers.

I was also thinking that I would put tink on a wire to make it look like she was flying and have a trail of stars behind her.

Thanks again for the ideas!

I think what the 6 year old might be referring to is Cinderella's castle that Tinkerbell flies around at the beginning of all the disney movies and does the little ding thing that brings on the Walt Disney logo.

Maybe?
