Character Pan Instructions Needed

I was hoping that someone might have the instuctions for the following Wilton Character Pans:

Puppy Dog #2105-2430

Bob The Builder #2105-5025

I know that the instructions are available via email at ladycakes.com, but I tried doing that and the email request form is messed up--the "to" line contains the subject, and the subject line is blank, I have no way of knowing what the email address is! It's nowhere on that site! I did complete their trouble shooting form, but that was 5 days ago and I haven't heard a word.
