Ever since I got turned onto this whole cake decorating process, I have become obsessive about learning things on this website and examinging cakes up close to see how they were decorated...
So, I recently went back through my old photos to look at cakes I bought for my kids past birthdays...and while I thought they looked great then, not so much now! I am actually sitting their critiquing the smoothness of the buttercream, the design of the borders and how they wrote the name. How sad is that? I think I have too much time on my hands! LOL!
