sorry but i dont know why since i move to orlando from ny
my cake wont rise really it does but when i take it out boom down!
and the botton looks so concentrate like a pudding or something help! it is too much eggs or sugar? cause i tried more less baking powder and it is the same or it is my oven ! it is not new i m renting so? help!?????
I agree with both posters--you can get an oven thermometer for about $5--a VERY worthwhile investment. That way you'll know if your oven is off and if so, by how much.
