I am taking my very first cake decorating class tommorrow at Michaels!

The Wilton one course! I'm not sure what's more exciting...that I'm taking the class or that I get to get out of the house for a couple of hours without the girls and do something for myself!!!

I know what you mean! Class is great, but getting away for some "ME TIME" is just as great.

I hope you have a great time!! I did!!! I took all the courses and am signed up for the 4th which starts this Weds. It was great meeting people that are interested in the same thing! CAKE!!! That is also why I love this website!!

I looked at your cakes and you are going to be way ahead of everyone in your class. Your cakes are fantastic. Have fun and be sure to post your cake photos!!

Thank you so much for the kind words, buttercream is definitly not one of my strong suits soooo I'm sure that I will learn alot!

I started out with just fondant and figured I had better learn some of this buttercream stuff...so I just finished class I and started class II yesterday and today is the first day of the fondant/gumpaste class...yay! Can't wait to learn some more flowers! Your sooooo going to love learning all this stuff!!! Have fun!!!!
