Chocolate dipped potato chips........ any suggestions from anyone ? HELP !!! PLEASE !!!

I've seen them done with pringles. Haven't ever tried them, they really didn't interest me.

Hmmm, that's an interesting concept (but it's sweet and salty, can't go wrong!). It must be a sturdy chip, like the already mentioned pringles, or even the thicker kettle chips.

Oh, I just LOVE those things with an insane, obscene love! There's a place near me (Cleveland area) that makes them and they're awesome. From what I can tell, they use a good-quality ridged chip and put a fairly thick coating of chocolate over the whole chip. (Some inferior products simply dip a part of the chip in chocolate, which isn't as good.) IMHO, the chips should be somewhat greasy, because then you get the whole sweet, chocolatey, salty, greasy thing going. I'd probably double-dip them to get a decent, thick coating. (Oh, man, I'm drooling now . . .) Let me know how they turn out!

Yeah! That's what I was thinking.....like Ruffles. I think the chocolate would cling to the ridges better than a pringle. JMO
