I can not believe how hot cookie bouquets are selling... 
..it is unreal..I have made orders all week and have orders through Easter, now they want to know if I will be doing them on Mothers day also.I said I will do them till I quit getting calls. No One here sells them. I had one small craft store request that I bring one to them to set up as display to take orders for me.
God Is Good! I want to be home and he is finding me a way. I was able to cut back one day a week for now.
I will be able to be home full time before long, I Hope!

I lost my job in July. The large hospital that I worked for decided to send my job overseas. Forty of us lost our jobs actually. Now I'm working at home for much, much less pay, but I have to look at the positives....I'm spending so much more time with my family, I get to eat dinner with them every single night, I get to attend evening school events that I could not before, etc. At first all I could think about was the loss of money and my job, but then I realized what a blessing it was to lose my job!! It all works out in the end. I hope you get to stay at home and be with your family. I'll never go back to working outside the home, unless it's absolutely necessary.

I'm sorry you lost your job. I got laid off 3 yrs ago after being with the same agency for 21 years. I was quite upset about it at the time, but soon saw that it was really a blessing. I would not have been able to pull myself away on my own from a situation that really wasn't in my best interest. I am actually still connected there but in a different way and it's working out fine. I hope all works out for you. It;s wonderful that you're with your family more now. Ihope you can continue to be at home as you want. I never intend to seek full time employment again. Between my cake work and my own woodshop here at home I'm doing just as i want.

As I look back on my life and the jobs that I have held, I see that everything has been a learning experience that I needed to run my own business. From customer service, purchasing and marketing, these were tools that will help me have a successful business.
