I hope you were not offended by my post, you are absolutely correct, everyone handles pregnancy differently (heck we handle child raising totally different too) I was a rebel and *gasp* dared to not breastfeed....and boy did I get some remarks!!!! How dare I put myself first and not do what was best for the baby!!! I should know better than to say anything about whether or not someone can keep up a strict diet.....they absolutely can! You are a great friend for being so considerate.

My suggestion is fresh strawberries with lemon or lime curd. Very yummy and not too heavy.
