I took a cheese cake for the "groom's" cake to a wedding yesterday, and it was really a hit..... Several people wanted to know what I would charge for making it........ This was a FREEBIE for my Nephew....
It was a 10 X 3". graham cracker crust, Lady Finger outer layer, ganache layer then topped with cherry pie filling....... I cost me about $12.00 for all the ingredients....... Who knew it would taste so good !!?? icon_lol.gificon_biggrin.gif

In the restaurant business we try to be a 30% or less food cost ( since you're paying retail for food 30% is probably a good starting point) So sounds like $40.
