Should I buy 2 in or 3 in pans? What are the benifits of each?TIA

many times a 3 inch pan will let you avoid baking 2 layers for each size. the disadvanage is they take longer to cook and if you don't use a core or baking strips you'll have a larger hump in the center. It's all personal preference and what size, look, you are going for. have fun and good luck!

I hink I will stick to the two I don't have a heating core
