What is rolled buttercream? How can I get the recipe?

Rolled buttercream is comparable to fondant, wherein you roll it out and drape it over the cake to cover it. Nevertheless, it's a lot stickier and harder to work with/handle and tastes more like buttercream than does fondant. thumbs_up.gif
