Am I reading that right ... you can only use an Epson or Canon printer with the frosting sheets and the edible ink? Bummer, I have an HP...or do you have have a separate printer for the edible images and a printer for paper?
I was looking at the Kopykake stuff and that is really intriguing!! I am thinking about investing in it. I think if I would charge $10 extra for the edible image, that would pay for my new printer, the frosting sheets, the ink, and my Talent!!

Yes you are reading it right. They only support certain epson and canon models and you need a printer that has never had ink in it. I bought a new epson (cx4200) on ebay very reasonable then purchased the cartridges from kopykake. Most places charge $8-$10 to print a edible image so $10 isn't out of line.
