Its 10:38pm and I have my cake cooled and my imbc whipped. I want to make cake balls tonight but I'm not dipping all of my chocolates until tomorrow. Can I make the cake balls tonight, freeze them and dip them tomorrow?

Thanks

The IMBC is a few days old and has been in the fridge, so today I took it out, let it come to room temp and re whipped it. So thats why I don't want to re chill it then do it again tomorrow.

Okay, so I made them. I think I'm going to let them set/freeze for about an hour then take them out put them in airtight containers and freeze them overnight.

I've only made cake balls once. I froze mine before dipping to firm them up. Then I froze them afterwwards. I like to eat them frozen. Everyone one I gave them to really liked them.
