I bought the mold to make the egg but don't know where to find little animals to put in the egg. Went to Michaels' and JoAnn's no luck.

Anyone out there know where?

hey Janette!
I'm making sugar eggs too! You can buy the little critters at sugarcraft.com. Or you can get pics of critters from Easter cards, cut them out and then they look vintage.I'm going to make mine from royal icing.
I"m thinking about making them out of fondant too...have you tried that? I have this book, it's old called Panoramic Pageantry and thats how she made alot of her eggs. Looks ALOT easier than sugar, but I'm not sure..

just use RI and pipe little critters like in Wilton 1. It's cheap and easy!
