Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone knows anywhere I can get a 12"x5" oblong cake pan fairly quickly. I am doing a cake out of Debbie Brown's Naughty Cakes book and I have never seen this size cake pan before. The long loaf from Wilton is too long and not wide enough. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Heather

If nothing else, cut a cake into the size you need.

I have never heard of that size pan. I would either bake a 9x13" sheet and cut it in half down the middle, giving you 2-4.5x13" cakes. Or, could the same cake be made out of a jelly-roll-style cake?
