kakes_by_kim has my easy chocolate butter cream and it is fantastic! I used buttermilk instead of milk and it had great flavor! I wonder if merigue pwder was added, would it be crusting? It tastes WONDERFUL!!! Also, used both cake recipes submitted by sugarflowers and they are GREAT!!!!
