Has anyone ever made cake balls with coconut in them? I didn't want to put the coconut in the actual cake, but thought it would look interesting topped in coconut after being dipped in white chocolate. I thought I would use lemon cake with cream cheese frosting as a binder. Would this be a good idea...has anyone tried it?
