I had a dream last night that I was at the Mid-Atlantic cake show next week and a judge asked me about my icing. I told her I used the Melvira method, and she had no clue what I was talking about. I looked at her like she was crazy, and said "Don't you go on Cake Central???"
Do you think it's a good thing or a bad thing that I am dreaming about icing??

I think we all can relate. I see icing flowers whenever I close my eyes! Many nights I go to sleep with a new cake design bubbling around in my head and then dream about the techniques that would be needed to make it happen. Then I wake up exhausted!

I do the same thing! Smetimes, when I'm working on or planning a cake I dream about the **perfect** solution to some aspect of it. My poor husband - every once in a while I wake him up when bolt upright in bed and write down what I dreamed so that I don't forget. Now I keep a pad of paper and a pencil on my nightstand!!
omg too funny as next week is my mom's birthday and I'm making her a cake and bringing it to her at the little bingo they have in her building (retirees) as a surprise and for the last week I've been lying in bed going over at least a hundred different ways I want to decorate it lol I never have a problem with the flavours just the decorating as I'm a great baker just not a very good decorator lmao
Maybe the dream was really just about how much you like me! Hehehe 
just kidding! That is a funny dream though! Sometimes I also forget that there are people out there that don't come here. What's wrong with them? 
I'm guilty of the dreaming up cakes thing. I think we've all been there!
