I recently made a college jersey birthday cake for a friend's son. I'm wondering if it would be legal to sell these cakes. While it is similar to the real school jersey, of course, it is not identical.

Does anyone know?

Thanks for your input.

I'm sure someone would say its not legal to have the mascot or whatever-- but really, who would know?

I am fairly positive that the copyright issues would apply here also. Depends on the risks you want to take.
