Ok so I am making a pretty large cake for a ball tomorrow. The bottom layer is a dummy so I am not worried about that. The next layer is yellow with BC covered in MMF and then a top layer chocolate iced in BC and covered in MMF.

He is picking it up tomorrow around noon...so my question is should it be ok to sit out tonight or should I refridge the layers then assemble it tomorrow. I have to have the layers done tonight so I can do details tomorrow.....
Any suggestions?

Thanks

I would just leave it out. You dont indicate that anything is perishable.
