DH just bought me a chest freezer so that I can better organize my baking time, so here is my question:

How far in advance can I bake a freeze a cake?

Freezing doesn't improve the quality so you have to use the best ingred. Can be freezed 2 to 4 months as long as they are wrapped good. Cookies about 6 months. I hope this helps.
Oh make sure they are at room temp before wrapping and freezing.
