I have to make a cheesecake birthday cake for tomorrow. I want something that is 2 layers but I need to put a filling in and also what do I want to ice it with so I can decorate on it? I am at a loss here. I don't know what to do. I don't want to put buttercream on a cheesecake. Can someone please help?

What kind of cheesecake is it?? I would probably cover it in something like rich's bettercreme, then you can at least pipe somethings on it... or try whipped ganache first to cover it so its nice and smooth and then cover it in melted ganache yum...as for filling.....the ganache would work as well unless it doesnt really go with chocolate....

hope that gives you some ideas!! Cheesecake sounds good right about now tooicon_smile.gif
