Wasc W/ Ream Cheese Icing...anyone Try This???

I have a consultation tomorrow and one of the cakes the client wants to try is WASC w/ cream cheese icing, only if I think it would taste ok. I've never done this combo. Have any of you tried it? How was it? I don't want to waste my time preparing cream cheese icing if it's not a good combo.

All feedback appreciated!

I made cupcakes with a white chocolate raspberry cream cheese icing and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I would think plain cream cheese would be good too!
WASC-white almond sour cream, by the way

Did it change the color of the icing? I think she wants a white or ivory colored icing.

I purposefully (sp) made it pink but I used raspberry extract and it just has a hint of pink--probably wouldn't even show mixed in with all the powdered sugar and cream cheese and white chocolate!

Yes, I have used the WASC with plain cream cheese frosting - very good! I made a peach-amaretto filling and lightly brushed the torted layers with simple syrup made with amaretto - everyone said it was good.
