We are in the processing of remodeling our kitchen and we are looking at new kitchen appliances. We are going all stainless steel. I was wondering what is a better oven, electric or convection? I can't go gas because we don't have gas at our home. I currently have a electric oven now, but was wondering if convection is better for baking.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated! THANKS! icon_smile.gif

convection oven also is electric (at least mine is), but the difference is the little fan that circulates the air. you cna use a convection oven without using the convection feature, so that in and of itself makes it a better choice imho. I think it bakes better, faster and more evenly.
